The Challenge
ACG’s recruitment process looks to fill several Senior Leadership and Managerial positions. Once they had shortlisted candidates after several rounds of different interviews, ACG needed a solution to predict a candidate's success in the role, and fit for the team.
ACG use SuccessFactors as their ATS for a smoother recruitment process and better end-user experience.
The Solution
ACG decided that the behaviour assessment (PPA assessment) were a great way to predict which candidates would be a good fit for their roles, after several round of interviews. ACG found SuccessFactors a smooth, easy way to keep on top of compliance throughout the recruitment journey, saving time and resource for their busy team.
Once a candidate has completed an assessment, the report is handed to the hiring manager to consider. Here, they also have access to the suggested interview questions, written by the Business Psychologists at Thomas.
When hiring graduates, ACG began using the aptitude assessment (GIA) to help inform which candidates have the skills required for the role as the hiring team could easily see each candidates learning style.

The Result
