With nearly thirty years of distinguished experience spanning various corporate roles and consulting services across 25 countries, Beth brings a wealth of expertise to our esteemed advisory board.

The SAIB is formed of leading academics and practitioners who will share insights and recommendations from their areas of expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive product innovation at Thomas.  

Beth’s extensive professional journey includes leadership in strategic planning, transformation consulting, change management, and organizational design. She is a recognized pioneer and subject matter expert in marketing and HR technology and analytics, having guided executives from Fortune 500 companies and advised industry giants such as Google, IBM, and Salesforce.

As part of her role in the SAIB, Beth's primary focus will be to leverage her unique perspective honed through three decades in Silicon Valley's technology ecosystem. Bringing a nuanced understanding of the competitive landscape and an AI-driven approach, informed by years of pioneering work, Beth aims to synthesize insights from the intersection of technology, behavioral science, and organizational dynamics.

Regarding her decision to join the SAIB, Beth expressed, "My decision to join the Scientific Advisory and Innovation Board of Thomas stems from my extensive professional journey and passion for advancing organizational effectiveness. Pursuing a Master's in Organizational Psychology at Harvard ignited my fascination with behavioral science and its impact on organizational success.
