The SAIB is formed of leading academics and practitioners who will share insights and recommendations from their areas of expertise to inform strategic decisions and drive product innovation at Thomas.
Beth’s extensive professional journey includes leadership in strategic planning, transformation consulting, change management, and organisational design. She is a recognised pioneer and subject matter expert in marketing and HR technology and analytics, having guided executives from Fortune 500 companies and advised industry giants such as Google, IBM, and Salesforce.
As part of her role in the SAIB, Beth's primary focus will be to leverage her unique perspective honed through three decades in Silicon Valley's technology ecosystem. Bringing a nuanced understanding of the competitive landscape and an AI-driven approach, informed by years of pioneering work, Beth aims to synthesise insights from the intersection of technology, behavioural science, and organisational dynamics.
