We’ve improved our products and our platform. Introducing Thomas Assess and Thomas Connect.
We’re still the platform you know and love, we’ve just made some changes to make sure everything is clear and has the most value for you. We know how brilliant people science is, and the incredible things it can do for people at work, and we wanted to make that as clear, and user-friendly as possible.

In summary
The Thomas platform (formerly Perform Recruit/One) has been improved.
- New products Assess and Connect have been introduced with new navigation.
- Updated branding which includes new logos, colours and fonts.
- Affected pages: Home page/dashboard, assessments, integrations, error pages, PDF downloads, personal details, user management, billing, pending invites.
- The top bar includes easier to use organisational switch, menu and personal settings.
- Dashboard becomes dynamic, based on you having access to either Assess, Connect or both.
- Enhanced user journeys throughout the platform.
- Introduction of enhanced role profiling capability.
Frequently asked questions
When will these changes be happening?
You’ll see these changes w/c 18.11.24 but we’re here to help you get acclimatised to the new look and user experience before that happens and show you how these improvements benefit you.
Can I still do the same things as I did in Perform?
Yes, but better – there are lots of enhanced user journeys that will make life easier.

Is Assess and Connect better than Perform?
Yes, there are product improvements concerning features e.g. the ability to invite a candidate outside of a job role in Assess. Or in Connect there’s Thom, our AI Coach ready to support you instantly in all your work situations.

This does not affect how much you pay.
What will happen when I log in?
You’ll log in as usual and you’ll see the changes immediately.
