People science experts Thomas announces the appointment of renowned business psychologist John Cooper as Chief Connection Officer, representing a significant step in establishing its Thomas Connect connection platform as a world-leading talent management solution.

Thomas announced that John Cooper has extended his remit at Thomas to establish a first-of-its-kind constellation of connection experts dedicated to improving productivity and authenticity at work. John adds the role to his position as Chair of Thomas’ Science Advisory and Innovation Board (SAIB).
