How will the Thomas PPA courses benefit me?
With the Thomas PPA Foundation Course, you will begin to understand more about your own behaviour profile and how that relates more widely into working with teams, different organisations and recruitment.
You will also start to understand more about DISC based theory. DISC theory is based on the behavioural theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, it is centred on four personality traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. DISC is a behavioural assessment which understands behaviours and priorities by gauging responses to various routine questions.
Having a wider understanding of behavioural and DISC theory will help you gain insights into not only how you behave but also, understanding others too, making you more adaptable to real world work situations.

What are the entry requirements for the Thomas PPA courses?
