Luke is Director of Data Science at Thomas. He has a background in Personality and Social Psychology, publishing articles and books on a range of applied topics, including leadership, derailment, teams and social dynamics, organisational culture, diversity and inclusion, burnout and organisational justice. Luke has a passion for helping organisations build a strategy that puts AI, analytics, and data science at the heart of their culture. He firmly believes that AI and data can empower individual, teams, and businesses by being ethical, accessible, and actionable for anyone.

As a Data Scientist, Luke takes cutting-edge AI techniques, revolutionary data infrastructure, and people science to build products that customers love, working towards making complex business problems feel simple. He does this by developing data strategies, working with all areas of the business to embed data, and through building and leading teams that are engaged and passionate about the data journey we are going on together.
