Our primary purpose is to help people feel successful and purposeful at work. Helping all individuals by optimising interactions is at the heart of everything we do. As such, we are committed to the highest standards of ethical data management, validation and security.
We therefore pledge to:
Do no harm
Never benefit one individual at the expense of another, negatively represent an individual’s potential, or make recommendations that could isolate them their team or organisation.
Create no bias
Never benefit or hinder any individual based on any protected characteristic or demographic grouping.
Secure all data
Maintain the highest standards of data protection and security, and never share any data without the permission of the individuals implicated.
