GIA Accreditation Course

Hosted by one of our expert trainers, this three-module webinar accreditation course will teach you everything you need to know to confidently use the General Intelligence Assessment (GIA), an aptitude and ability assessment used to measure a person’s cognitive agility and how quickly they can grasp and retain new information.

During the course, you will:

• Understand the GIA assessment and what it measures
• Learn what each GIA sub-test assesses and apply the knowledge to typical roles
• Develop the competence to administer, interpret and feedback the report generated by the assessment.
• Understand the GIA Report and its use as an interview or development aid
• Understand how to apply the assessment results in different talent scenarios to make more confident and objective people decisions.
• Learn how to tie a job description back to the GIA sub-tests and overall cognitive demands and best practices for giving GIA feedback

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of accreditation as a GIA Practitioner.

With your accreditation, you will be able to understand how to develop your people through training, understand who has the skills to drive and manage change and understand how quickly candidates will learn and retain new skills and procedures.
