Comprising of leading academics and practitioners, the SAIB embodies Thomas's dedication to scientific excellence and innovation in addressing complex talent management challenges.
There are currently 11 members of the SAIB, each selected for their profound expertise across various disciplines, providing invaluable insights and recommendations to strategically steer our product development processes. Their collective knowledge, spanning fields such as psychology, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, neuroscience, diversity and inclusion, and the future of work will play a pivotal role in maintaining the relevance and efficacy of our solutions.
