De High Potentiel Trait Indicator (HPTI) accreditatietraining is een vervolg en verdieping op de HPTI Introductietraining. Tijdens de HPTI-accreditatietraining komt het volgende aan bod:
- Reflectie op wat je hebt geleerd tijden de HPTI-introductietraining.
- Het interpreteren van de HPTI-scores.
- Tips en coping strategieën bij hoge of lage scores.
- Combinaties van persoonlijkheidskenmerken op basis van praktijkcasuïstiek.
- HPTI als hulpmiddel bij het opstellen van een functieprofiel.
- Feedback geven met HPTI als onderbouwing.
Na afloop kan je het HPTI-dashboard volledig interpreteren, het assessment inzetten bij recruitment en ben je in staat hoogwaardige feedback te geven.
