We are delighted to announce that Professor Steve Woods, a highly respected figure in the field of Work and Organisational Psychology, has joined our Science Advisory and Innovation Board (SAIB) at Thomas. Currently a Professor at Surrey Business School, University of Surrey, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making a positive impact through science.

The SAIB is a team of leading experts in psychology, organisational behaviour, and HR management, providing Thomas with strategic insights to ensure our products are grounded in the latest research. The Board drives innovation, helping us refine our solutions to better serve clients worldwide.

With deep expertise in personality development and organisational behaviour, Steve has dedicated his career to understanding how people grow and thrive at work. His research, particularly in psychometric assessments and people analytics, has been published in some of the world’s leading scientific journals. But beyond his impressive academic credentials, it’s his commitment to applying this research in meaningful ways that truly sets him apart.
