Het GIA (General Intelligence Assessment) van Thomas geeft je in zicht in het leervermogen. GIA meet het cognitief vermogen en trainbaarheid. Op die manier krijg je inzicht in hoe snel iemand zich nieuwe dingen eigen maakt.
Tijdens de introductietraining leer je:
- De betekenis van leervermogen en van gekristalliseerde en fluïde intelligentie.
- Hoe je de GIA kunt inzetten voor recruitment, onboarding, personeelsbehoud, ontwikkeling en managen.
- Welke 5 GIA-onderdelen worden gemeten.
- Hoe je de voor- en nadelen van hoge en lage scores bij de diverse testonderdelen kunt interpreteren en uitleggen.
Na het volgen van deze training kun je op een goede manier feedback geven met GIA als onderbouwing.
Als onderdeel van de training ontvang je voorafgaand een uitnodiging voor het invullen van een GIA-assessment. Na de introductietraining ontvang je jouw GIA-rapport.
