How Thom AI finds your answers
Thom AI is built by our Data Scientists. It’s trained to only look through Thomas profiles and answer questions like, ‘how best to communicate with Brian?’ or, ‘how does Taylor like to work?’. This means its only sources are our scientifically backed research, and if it doesn’t know the answer, it’ll tell you.
Think of it like a workplace navigator, there to save you time and help you build engaging, purposeful and meaningful interactions at work. Insights for everyone, about everyone, instantly.
How Thom AI keeps you safe
You can’t get a negative or harmful response because it is only looking at our content which has been written by our team of psychologists, which is all written using positive, helpful language.
We’ve worked with Guardrails AI to install a keyword blocker for any harmful language, and it will not share any information about you without your consent. It is completely confidential. Your questions are your own.
How we tackle bias
When you ask a question, Thom AI will search through your and your colleagues' personal profiles, which is all made up of the content written by our Psychologists. Our Data Scientists endlessly test our AI to monitor any bias. There’s no bias in our assessments, which means there’s no bias in your profile and no biased content for our AI to look through.
How we protect your data
Your data is safe in our platform. We’ll never sell any data, we only use it to give you the best answers to the questions you ask and you have to consent for your information to be shared with your colleagues. All your questions and feedback comes to us anonymously and is used so we can continuously improve.
