William M. Marston的原始理论指出，基于情感的行为是个体对支持性或敌对性社会环境的生物社会反应。这些反应决定了个人如何与环境互动。

PPA，也称个性特征分析量表。它能有效地评估个体在工作场景下的行为倾向。根据DISC理论，将个体行为偏好分为四个方面：支配力、影响力、稳定性和遵从性。

A Certificação Internacional de PPA é válida em 60 países e tem a facilidade de ser totalmente online e ao vivo, possibilitando uma experiência de aprendizagem focada em fundamentação teórica, cases práticos e exercícios. Certificazione Thomas International per la somministrazione del General Intelligence Assessment (GIA)

Hosted by one of our expert trainers, this accreditation course will enable you to fully understand the science behind the Thomas Aptitude Assessment (GIA). You will also develop the competence to administer, interpret and feedback on the reports generated by the assessment, as well learning how best to appropriately and fairly use the tool.

With the guidance of our experienced trainers, you will become aware of the added value of the GIA as well as its limitations and the role it can play in an occupational assessment. Case studies will help you explore how to use the assessment to benchmark people in your organisation.

Following completion of the Knowledge Assessment, each delegate will also receive a certificate of accreditation as a GIA Practitioner.

Hosted by one of our expert trainers, this three-module webinar accreditation course will teach you everything you need to know to confidently use the General Intelligence Assessment (GIA), an aptitude and ability assessment used to measure a person’s cognitive agility and how quickly they can grasp and retain new information.

During the course, you will:

• Understand the GIA assessment and what it measures
• Learn what each GIA sub-test assesses and apply the knowledge to typical roles
• Develop the competence to administer, interpret and feedback the report generated by the assessment.
• Understand the GIA Report and its use as an interview or development aid
• Understand how to apply the assessment results in different talent scenarios to make more confident and objective people decisions.
• Learn how to tie a job description back to the GIA sub-tests and overall cognitive demands and best practices for giving GIA feedback

Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of accreditation as a GIA Practitioner.
